Just take your drums to a local shop. For a couple of bucks they will do the job for you much easer and cheeper than you can do it your self. BTW, Are you sure they need replacing ?? Are they pitted or broken? They may be just fine to reuse. Thank you 73 Dean L. W5GXL Spencer, Iowa
