[A/S] new gaucho?

All-
Ruth and I recently had a look at a brand new Airstream at Fogdall's. 
One thing that really struck us was the nifty leather gaucho by Villa 
International. It seems imminently more comfortable than our 1979 
gaucho, despite having replaced the old cushions, modifying the depth, 
etc.
I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with Villa's product and can 
speak to longevity, comfort, functionality, etc. It appears from their 
web site that a new one would set us back over $2K in leather, which 
we're willing to sacrifice, provided we get a first rate product.
