I also refuse to go anywhere without a spare tire. My '79
International came with a spare, but no carrier.
I ordered one of those under the floor carriers from the A/S factory
and installed it myself. The insulation under the floor can stay in
place although you do have to cut and recess the belly skin up by the
hitch.

something like that.
