could someone contact the AS engineers and find out from them their recommended
STAINLESS STEEL chain size and strength?  trouble is, there are at least a
hundred kinds of chain out there.

maybe the best way to approach them is asking for STAINLESS STEEL welded link
chain.  what link dimension? what tensile and weight capability?

THEN we can go to Bosun on line or The Expediter or wherever and see what they
have in those parameters.
