Re: [A/S] Crossing safety chains


To all:

Safety chains must be "X ed" or crossed.

That allows the chains to follow a tight turn, without dragging the 
ground, or any harm.

If the chains are not crossed, and you make a tight turn, you can snap 
them.

When crossed, that can't happen. 

Additionally, if properly adjusted, the chains when crossed, cannot 
drag the pavement, under any circumstances.
