I use a Reese Dual Cam, and the placement of the shackle arm was an
issue on mine as well. One of the U-bolts had to be right where the propane
tank rack sits.
My solution was to notch out the area and re-weld one side of the tank rack
since the notch that was needed ran right beside a weld and freed up one
side of the rack and required reattaching to keep propane bottle base in
place.
