There is a flexible moulding product that is actually made of a rubber-like
material which can be bent around the application area.  Typically it is
paint grade, but it could be painted and grained to be a close match to your
wood flooring. Check with a firm that specializes in mouldings. A large
lumber yard (not a home center) would be a good second choice.

If you want to use wood, the technique would be to make a form of the shape
the trim must follow (your wall profile).

Then build a laminated strip (of 1/8" thick strips of wood) bent and glued
together and clamped around the form.  When the glue is dry, you can run a
router with a round over bit (quarter round) to make a custom curved base
shoe, which can be naled or screwed in place between the floor and the wall.

Note: a base shoe is a "quarter oval"  typically 5/8" to 3/4" high and 3/8"
to 1/2" thick.

You can get straight lengths of base shoe from a flooring supply.  They
might even have a bendable moulding too.  Note taht you only have to go the
laminated curve route whare the straight lengths cannot be bent to conform
to the wall.  Wherever you join the base shoe pieces, be sure to scarf it
(cut both pieces to a 45 degree angle) and glue them at these joints.
Locate the scarf joints to where there is a section of the wall which can
take a fastener.
