[A/S] OSB floor and penetrating epoxy??'s

Hey!
I have an 85 excella. The floor is made of OSB. We are replacing floor 
coverings and notice some spots of water damage. The floor is still 
solid but having read of the penetrating epoxy/ fiberglass we are 
wondering if anyone has used this on OSB. We would like to be sure of 
the floor while everything is open and not have to repair it again 
soon. 

We are thinking of treating these spots which are a little softer 
before laying our floor covering. 

Please!! advice sought. Anyone used this stuff? Other ideas??
