[A/S] Bad Damage
Well, I hadn't been up to the mountain property for a while. Life has been
busy, and besides, there's been lots of snow until lately.
Turns out a good sized branch broke off a tree about 50' up, and landed on
our Airstream. There's about a 3' diameter indentation in the outer skin,
between the roof vent and the front window, about a foot and a half deep.
It's also indented the interior section, but not as severely. The interior
shows no water damage, so nothing has punctured.
Short of driving the thing 2000 miles plus to Jackson Center, and paying
them umpteen thousand dollars, does this sound like anything anyone can fix?
We love the trailer, but if this is going to be a fantastically expensive
thing to repair, we'll probably just have it junked.
I should have some pictures up in a couple of days.
