My friend Shane has used Paytrust (http://www.paytrust.com/) for many
years. They receive all your bills and scan them, so they are
available online from anywhere. Makes it simple to keep track and pay
them. He hasn't had any problems with the service (except forgetting
to turn off the auto pay when he refinanced!) It might be what you are
looking for.
