Stay away from anything with a lot of knobs. For good, trouble-free 
performance, I recommend a simple radio like the $35-40 one at Wal-Mart. I 
forget the brand (maybe Midland), but it is a good performer, yet 
inexpensive. I have one in the truck and another in the camper.

One thing many folks don't know is that all standard CBs have the same 
power and about the same coverage. Why pay for knobs/switches that you will 
probably set incorrectly???
