[A/S] Re: window repair??'s/travel ideas?

Any trailer of that size is intimidating I never pulled anything as 
long as and as long as our 32 foot Airstream. I can only tell you what 
we did after making the repairs to the floor that we found.  My wife 
and I stayed close to home to see if we were to discover any further 
problems.  Our first outing was to a state park about two miles from 
our home, I can now say that I was nerves and planed the trip in my 
mind, thinking of the streets we had to take though the town, after we 
got off the Hi way but everything went very well.  It is an impressive 
piece of equipment and all one has to remember is that you have to 
keep the turns wide and give yourself sufficient room to stop on the 
road.  I spent a couple of week making ready the trailer and the rest 
of the season was relatively uneventful.  We however discovered that 
we needed repairs to our Air Conditioner after it leaked and we 
completed the trip with a five gallon pail in front of the sink to 
catch the condensate water.  Also one cool morning our Furnace failed 
to carry out its duties one early morning in the fall.  I expect to 
continue to find some bugs, after all it is a sixteen year old trailer 
(1989) but will not let anything stop my wife and I from enjoying 
ourselves, we worked to hard to get this fare.  Now with retirement 
around the corner I am ready to have some Airstream fun and this is a 
very big country.
As for the window I am sure someone that has replaced one we reply as 
to their experience.
