Please tell me about the baffles, how are they installed and what do 
they do to make the unit work better? Are they something that helps to 
remove heat?  
I have another question for you.  The shelf that the frig. sits on is 
rotted and I need to replace it, however there is a inch and half tub 
going though this shelf and under the floor.  Is this plastic pipe 
goes down though the floor.  Can you tell me what the pipe is used 
for?  Perhaps it is a drain?
