Hi, Jon:

When I needed to make cushions for my airstream ('67 Soverign), I went 
to my neighborhood fabric store (Joanne's) and bought 4" thick pads. 
It was regularly 19.99 per yard, but they had a sale and I got my foam 
for 11.99 per yard (it was 2' wide).
