My husband just replaced the original 8 track in our '81 trailer with a
car CD player and receiver.  He left the original speakers and wiring. 
I went out to check the sound and was VERY impressed.

Are you sure you need to replace it all?

Also, someone emailed awhile back when I mentioned we were planning on
taking out the 8 track.  Can you email me directly please?
