My guess is it would depend on the buyer. We just bought a 77 Argosy with no 
finished floor. I was real happy about that since I HATE carpeting in a trailer. 
We are weekend campers or at most 1 week trip. We are normally camping in dirt 
sites and I like being able to sweep it out rather than using a vaccuum.
