1. Join WBCCI.

2. See what Caravans you would like to take and immediately apply for them. 
Some have a long waiting list and you might find yourself waiting for years 
after applying.  When we joined maybe 10 years ago we didn't apply until we 
were ready to go, then were surprised to find ourselves waiting 2 more 
years for some we wanted. (Highly recommended: Polar Bear Safari, American 
Southwest, and Louisiana Cajun). See links at WBCCI.ORG and details in the 
club magazine (The Blue Beret).
