I would install some sort of new neutral color flooring. New flooring
will help sell. I just sold some rental property with new cheap
flooring, new owner ripped it right out. I still sold the home for
more because the new flooring made the entire package more attractive.
With new flooring installed new owner and can start using immediately
a big + at this time of the year. Just my view.
