Jim is absolutely correct.

Exterior AND marine plywood both use water resistant glue, though there is
some difference in the core material and construction, ditto Baltic Birch
and aircraft plywood.

Note that none of these parameters have anything to do with resistance to
rot.  Damage to the wood itself may be reduced by sealing the wood with a
resin to prevent water absorption (and a home for organisms that cause rot,
or treating it with a fungicide (which prevents these same organisms from
surviving (feeding on the wood) by making the wood itself toxic to the
organism.
