The Airstream floors were made from AC fir extertor plywood which uses the 
same glue  as Marine the differance is marine generaly has more plys and no 
voids  between the layers.Unreeated each will rot with equal speed. when replacing 
any ply in the floors at the very least you should seal the edges preferably 
with epoxy but at the very least with paint to prevent moisture from wicking 
into the end grain.Of course you can use the Baltic birch and other exoitic 
plywoods if you want to spend the extry moneys but you dont need the extry 
stringth
