I hate any attempt of the State or the Feds getting more involved in our lives
or "nannyism"  but when it comes to Interstate Commerce... or protecting myself
from the next driver on the road...  I really believe that there needs to be a
whole new class of RV related safety inspection and LICENSING...  most of us on
this list know that we do not want to see an Expedition pulling a 31' Classic
down the hiway much less a Suzuki mini SUV of some sort.  but our knowledge is
not being made available to Congress so that they could create a set of basic
limits for safe pulling. then implement those into an inspection regime which
would be required before the puller/rv would be stickered for use on US marked
hiways.
and so on.
