The only leak I can recall in maybe 20-25 years of owning several different 
Airstreams is one that started right after having an Air Conditioner 
replaced a couple years ago. The mechanic apparently broke the seal between 
the drip pan and the skin. I put lots of Silicone RTV sealant back around 
it and haven't seen a leak since then.
