How do I purchase a trailer in Massachusetts and get it home, legally?
I live in NY, and Mass does not honor "in-transit" or "one-trip" permits from
other states. Does Mass provide for any legal way for me to pick up this
trailer, and get it home, here in NYS? For one trip, for a newly-purchased
trailer?
