No. As I said, these handles are not made anymore and are rare as hens
teeth. The handle you have noted was used on some vintage SOB's trailers and
people restoring these trailers are much happier than those of us in the
Vintage Airstream crowd. A handle similar to this but oriented vertically
was used by Airstream 58 through 60 or 61 but it is also rare as hens teeth.
I would suggest that you use a commonly available round door knob available
at Home Depot etc.
