Don thank you for your opinion, but having be involved in runway
maintenance in southern Louisiana it is the soil which is the cause of
the bad roads. The runways and facilities which I was involved with
were owned by the Department of Defense and I can assure you that all
contracting was honest and above board. But you can believe anything
you like. Please note that I only spoke to Federal Government owned
Facilities and contracts administered by Federal Personal, not grants
to the state, parish, city and administered by their personal.
