New Airstreams can be ordered with Alcoa Aluminum Wheels, so I would think
that any Airstream dealer parts department could get them for you.

Alcoa aluminum wheels are super high quality and are used on long haul
trucks, tractors, semi trailers, buses etc.  They are often used by tire
companies who LEASE tires (and charge by the mile, or revolution).  These
wheels are famous for being ROUND and TRUE. Thus the leased tires last
longer.

You might also be able to get them through a truck dealer, or truck tire
dealer (but you must have the correct specifications).  You will see a lot
of Alcoa wheels on fully loaded Kenworth and Peterbilt tractors.
