[A/S] Re: Polishing a vintage 1965

Greetings Keving!

Over the past ten years, I have read accounts and instructions for 
polishing based on a number of different products including 3M.  
Almost any of the polishing operations require some form of 
wax/sealer/polymer to be applied to deter water spotting and slow 
tarnishing.  Since I knew that I had little interest in doing more 
than applying an automotive wax type product, I chose to have my 
Overlander polished by a firm that also applies the Airstream 
approved Plasticoat.  P & S Travel Trailer Service polished and 
Plasticoated my Overlander nearly four season back, and all I have 
had to do is Walbernize it twice a year to maintain a nice shine (I 
specified an "original luster" finish so it is not a "mirror 
surface" but is very close to how it appeared when it was brand new
