Good Evening Oh Yee List of Great Wisdom!

After a month of serious negotiations, I am on the eve of trading in my 
02 2500 Suburban for an 04 2500 HD diesel  Silverado. Now that it's 
almost a reality I'm hoping I'm doing the right thing! I've loved my 
Sub but felt after making a 7,800 mile trip this past summer that 
diesel fuel will go farther and that trading in a vehicle where all my 
camping gear is sitting like a projectile in the back of the Sub will 
be safer in the bed of a truck. I am getting a great deal on a leftover 
and it's fully loaded with a lot of dealer installed chrome. (which is 
why it's still on the lot, all that chrome jacked up the price) Any 
thoughts? I'll have to have another brake controller installed, any 
opinions? I'll also need a bed cover,???
