[A/S] News on lost wheel......

Howdy Y'all:

Well this afternoon I took my trailer over to the
local A/S dealer.  I was ready to take a boot off and
pound the table to get satisfaction, boy was I
surprised.

My salesman met me in the yard, and helped me park it.
 As we were walking into the office he stopped and
said that anytime I called to never, ever, talk with
the manager.  He said the guy was a nitwit who didn't
know anything about the product, and didn't want to
know anything about it.  My mouth was wide open as we
got to his desk.  He then apologized and said that
they were going to take care of everything.  It was
the first time in my life that I had the desire to
kiss a fat bald guy - I did manage to keep my
composure.

I gave him the seven sheared lugs, the sheared cotter
pin from the hub, and the picture of the wheel sans
lugs.  He said that was exactly what he needed to send
to Jackson Center.  It seemss that he notified them of
what happened, and they are very concerned with the
whole recall thing.  They are going to send down a
technician with the side skin replacement to install
it, and to inspect the wheels, axels and who knows
what else.

I asked about the alignment, and they said they had
the stuff to tell if any of the wheels were out of
alignment.  If they are they will tow the trailer to
Dallas to have them aligned.

It's times like these that I think I'm a real **** for
not having more faith in people.
