As a 25 year veteran of the Springfield MA area, I'd
re-winterize, and I would be sure you have a reliable
electical connection and plenty of propane. You need to use
the furnace to keep the hot air circulating in the innards.
Betting on a horse race is one thing, betting on New England
Weather is probably going to get you either plumber bills or
a really tiresome job of re running the water lines.
