this may or may not be true. I have heard from other sources that the agreement
between Mr Buick and Airstream/Thor may have been cancelled on one side or the
other. Again, a potential competitor was one source and another AS dealer was
still another source. plus the info I have was about a year old now.

I told you all of this already Tom but another point as you have made already,
that you are under warranty and Bob may or may not be certified as a factory
repair shop, should be checked out. However, do know this, I doubt very
seriously that Chris would send anyone to your location to fix your rig.
seriously, I think that you need to call the buick people and if they are indeed
not going to help you, I would call the factory for instructions.

if I can help you here in town.
