[A/S] Re: Crashing the IBT and lost wheel

Tom,
I've had my 2001 Excella in to DeMontrond two times and they do 
pretty good service.  Their shop is on I-45 N about 16 miles South 
of Conroe where Haven's Landing is located.

They're the only dealer in Houston.  Although Airstreams are still 
pretty new to their inventory, they should have their shop up to 
snuff now.  About a 2 years ago, I took mine in to have the 
microwave repaired and needed one rivet installed that the head had 
popped off of.  Surprisingly, DeMontrond didn't have an A/S rivet in 
the shop. Airstream initially told them they'd have to buy a case to 
get the one.  Because it was warranty work, A/S finally decided to 
mail them a few rather than buy a whole box under warranty.

Go figure....

PS: Good luck on the repair.  Haven's Landing is a great park.
