Red Lights?

In a friends 1965 Safari International, there is a red light in the
panel above the refrigerator. Also, there is a red light in the
cabinet panel to the right of the bath area. Any idea what these
lights indicate? There is also the light in the one stop service
center for polarity, and it works properly. I have found no mention
of the purpose of these lamps in the owners manual. Any help will
be appreciated.
