Jack I read your advice that you gave Ben on the AC replacement ......and you 
said you upgrade during build time ....did you restore this Classic Airstream 
.....The reason I am asking is my companion and have gotten the itch to buy 
an Airstream and become fulltimers in the near future .....We have a few things 
to tighten up ,  we have looked at new Airstreams ....beautiful but money 
wise they are up there ......We believe we are on a mission to find a decent used 
one and have the restoration done .....Can you make any suggestions ....We 
are in the learning stages and any helpful suggestions ( we live in Southern 
Ca.)  ...would be very much appreciated ....thanks so much ....
