I've stayed in mine in 9 degree weather. Run the furnace to keep the pipes from freezing. The furnace ducts run next to the pipes under the floor. Open the doors under the kitchen and bathroom sinks to keep it warm in the cabinets. In 9 degrees I was going through a 30# tank of propane every 3.5 days so keep the tanks topped off. Hunter
