Camping World sells them and you can buy direct from Sewer Solution, or at
least you used to be able to buy direct (I did). The price is around $100
for the main unit, and 10' of hose.  The unit comes with two nesting rubber
seals that fit either the 3" or 2" sewer connections.  The extra lengths of
the 3/4 extension hose cost $20 each.  The website is www.sewersolution.com.
In looking at the website, I do see where they are selling factory seconds
with cosmetic blemishes for $75.
