XM has the new Roady2 Unit that will send a signal to
any nearby FM radio.  This looks pretty good in that
you can use it in the tow vehicle and then move it
easily into the A/S, assuming you have an FM radio. 
From what I can see the Roady2 doesn't require any add
on equipment to make all this happen.
