Hint... check trailer in storage while raining

Here is a helpful hint... if your trailer is in winter storage check it during a rain storm. 
I just checked mine to find that we had left the mushroom vent over the toilet open. 
Because it is windy the rain was coming in. I've checked the trailer before after a 
rain... but hadn't checked it during a driving rain. I'm glad I found it before it had 
been left open for the entire winter season! Maybe someone can learn from my 
mistake. I know I learn from others on this list. That's what it is all about for me.
