I really thought that the Eurovan was an update of the old rear engined, air
cooled Kombi which was done when they did the water cooled change over of the
Beetle, etc.
I am sure that I am wrong.  one thing is for sure, imho, it is too light to tow
anything much larger than a small, light, pop-up tent trailer.
again, ie my opinion.  ymmv
