Ben,

I have a 1990 32' Excella.  My understanding is that the 
12 volt circuit breakers are "self-resetting" and are 
located with the Univolt.  I have never personally seen 
them but I have heard them click and reset when I 
accidentally shorted a 12 volt wire while installing a gas 
alarm.  Maybe one of yours has malfunctioned or you could 
have a loose wire.
