Heat em up with a hair dryer and gently peel em off. Works great for the
numbers, but that WBCCI roundel, is another problem entirely. Fortunately
you can past the new roundel over the old one.
I also used good old WD40 to clean off the glue from the numbers, like it
says in the instructions that come with them, and that works really well. I
got most of the ghosts off this way. You should then wash the area down with
soap and water to get the WD40 off, before trying to attach the numbers.
