We've been using one of these this year. It's a pretty darn good 
heater--it does a great job heating the trailer.  That said, it still 
needs to be operated with caution--like any propane heater.  Since 
the combustion does burn oxygen, you will need to crack open a window 
and a vent when its working.  So long as you don't sit in front of 
the window, you'll never notice a draft.  Additionally, we keep a 
carbon monoxide detector going and never run the heater when we're 
sleeping (if you are under a warm blanket, you'll never notice the 
difference and we figure we're saving fuel to boot).   

By all means get the long adaptor hose--it will allow you to attach 
it to a 20lb propane bottle.  The safety requirements call for it to 
be kept outdoors, but you can always run the hose through your 
cracked window.  Trying to get by with the little 1-lb bottles is a 
bit frustrating--they only last about 5 hours on the low heat setting.
