There is only a small hole in the inside, where the crank is, and that could 
be covered neatly with a small patch, or a small light. The outer hole, 
similar in size, could be patched, then set the new antenna over it and 
caulk well. I think the sat antenna sits on feet, so leakage through a patch 
could be a problem if not well sealed.

You should be able to get 12V at the forward vent/fan, if you have one, or 
tee into the wiring for the forward light assembly.
