We have that, too.

A funny story: We enjoyed the flavor of that "specially filtered" water 
from that special faucet for about a year after we bought our used AS in 
2000 before I got around to routinely replacing the filter. Turns out all 
the filter casing had inside it was the (very wet) installation instruction 
sheet originally packed in there by the filter housing manufacturer! We 
(and probably the original owners for the first 9 years of the trailer's 
life) had been drinking water that had been exposed to the paper and inks 
on that sheet in every glassful! Yummy.
