One other thought is to super chlorinate your water
system.  If it has been contaminated then the hose
alone may not be the fix.  Follow the instructions in
your owners manual on sanitizing your fresh water
tank.  Once you have chlorinated the water tank turn
on the pump and allow the tank mixture to circulate
through all of the water pipes by opening each faucet
and allowing enough water to discharge that you can
smell the chlorine.  Allow the entire system to sit
the prescribed time.  The only things technically
missed by this routing are the city water inlets and
dependent upon the trailer year, the water pressure
regulator.
