Most service departments go by the old established rule, "do as I say not as
I do" When they don't follow the established procedures its because they are
professionals and know what they are doing.  When this caused a problem in
most cases its after it leaves the shop, then its our fault. Go figure.

Follow the procedures and don't take your trailer back to these guys.
