Re: [A/S] laminate flooring




General consensus of opinion on this and the vintage list is to let the 
floor float on the foam and only glue it to itself, not the substrate.  
I plan to install bamboo that way on my floors, I've seen the pergo type 
stuff in use and the edges roll after a few months.  I surmise that any 
moisture getting between the seams causes the edges to swell.  Can't say 
if penetrating epoxy on the edges before installation would solve 
this...  Got some bamboo samples, and plan to soak them just to see if
