A mechanic, whom has worked on boat and RV trailers, thought there would be a 
separate battery for the trailer brakes on my 1999 25 foot Safari.  I was under the 
impression that the emergency disconnect on the trailer would use the power from 
the "house battery" to slam on the brakes should the disconnect be pulled.   Which 
one of us is correct?
