Welcome to the list.  The bidding is already higher than I'd go.  It has no 
furniture does it?  It's an empty shell if the photos are right.

A little tip about ebay.  Don't bid if someone bids against you.... you are 
running the price up when you do.

Sit and wait until the last minute, then bid as high as youu are willing to 
go.

I can't tell you how much to bid, only you know your financial situation.

If you're loaded and you want it, just bid an outrageous price and it'll be 
yours.
