Sarg, just a note. There is a company here in Albq. NM that has been 
manufacturing a solar panel tracking device for many years. Check: 
zomeworks.com or affordable-solar.com or oasismontana.com

They are quite popular with ranchers to pump water in remote 
locations and should easily provide charging power for an RV. They 
are not large units and are often just mounted on a fence post.  Jon
